Polaris (PII $105.76/ $6.5 billion market cap) was considered.

Harley-Davidson (HOG $33.23/ $5.9 billion market cap) manufactures and sells custom, cruiser, and touring motorcycles. The company operates in two segments, Motorcycles and Related Products and Financial Services.

V.F. Corporation (VFC $87.48/ $34 billion market cap) branded lifestyle apparel, footwear, and related products for men, women, and children. V.F. Corporation provides products under the North Face, Timberland, Vans, Kipling, Eastpak, JanSport, Eagle Creek, and Dickies brands. YETI (YETI $71.29/ $6.2 billion market cap) was considered.

Vista Outdoor Inc. (VSTO $28.71/ $1.67 billion market cap) designs and manufactures various consumer products in the outdoor sports markets. Vista Outdoor products include ammunition and sports protection goggles, accessories for cycling, snow sports, and powersports; as well as outdoor cooking, golf, and hydration products. Sportsman’s Warehouse Holdings (SPWH $17.95/ $783 million market cap) was considered.
